Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans change. While we hope you’ll be joining us in Budapest, here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds: Cancel 90+ days before the trip (by May 7, 2025) → Full refund, minus a small service fee to cover card processing. Cancel 60–89 days before the trip → 70% refund, to help cover the cost of your Sziget ticket (which is purchased in advance). Cancel 30–59 days before the trip → 50% refund. Cancel less than 30 days before the trip → Non-refundable, as all major expenses will have already been paid. All refunds are minus a small service fee (~2.9%) to account for payment processor fees.
